Cancellation & Adjustment Policy

We understand that sometimes the cosmos shifts unexpectedly. Please review our guidelines for cancellations and modifications before placing your order.

1. Order Cancellation (Before Shipment)

We begin the fulfillment and magical preparation process quickly. Therefore, our cancellation window is limited:

  • For In-Stock Items:

    • You may cancel your order for a full refund within 3 hours of purchase.

    • If you request a cancellation after the 3-hour window but before the shipping label is created, we will refund your purchase minus a 10% restocking/processing fee to cover non-refundable transaction fees and time spent preparing the order.

    • Once the shipping label is created (you will receive a tracking number), the order is considered in transit, and if you still desire it to be canceled, we will refund your purchase minus a 10% restocking/processing fee & shipping cost to cover non-refundable transaction, shipping label fees, and time spent preparing the order.

2. Order Modification & Address Changes

If you need to adjust an item, change a size, or update your shipping address:

  • Please contact us immediately at order@cottagehag.com with the subject line: URGENT: Order Modification and your order number.

  • We can generally accommodate changes if requested within 3 hours of placing your order.

  • Once an order enters the packing process, we cannot guarantee any modifications. Any necessary re-shipment due to an incorrect address provided by the customer will be charged a second shipping fee.

3. Cancellations by the Shop 

In the rare event that we must cancel an order due to unforeseen circumstances (e.g., inventory error, damaged items discovered during packing, or an alignment of energies that prohibits fulfillment), we will:

  • Notify you immediately.

  • Issue a full and immediate refund, including all shipping charges.

  • Offer you an equivalent alternative product or a special discount code for future use as our apology.

Subscriptions

When you purchase a subscription, you'll receive repeat deliveries. These are based on the subscription duration and frequency that you select.

Payment Details 
Your payment details will be stored securely, and you'll be charged monthly. If you don't want to renew a subscription, you can cancel it.

Cancellation  
If you want to cancel or change your subscription, you can do it at any time. Your order confirmation emails have links to your order. You can manage your subscription from there.
