We take pride in the quality and accuracy of all our products. As such, we do not accept returns, exchanges, or issue refunds for any items once a purchase has been completed & received. Please ensure you review your order carefully before finalizing your transaction.

Policy on Damaged Items

While we strive to ensure every order arrives in perfect condition, we understand that damage can occasionally occur during transit.

If you receive an item that is damaged, please contact us directly (order@cottagehag.com) within 24 hours of delivery. To allow us to assist you, please provide:

  1. Your Order Number.

  2. A detailed description of the damage.

  3. Photographs clearly showing the damaged item and the shipping packaging.

Please note: Claims for damaged items are handled on a case-by-case basis. Upon review, we will determine the appropriate resolution, which may include a replacement, store credit, or other applicable solution. Do not send the damaged item back to us before contacting us first.
