We are committed to delivering your order to you in a timely and secure manner. Please review the following details regarding our shipping process.
Cottage Hag is operated in Quebec, Canada.
Orders are typically processed within [1-4 business days] after payment verification.
Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.
If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Should there be a significant delay in processing your order, we will contact you via email.
Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.
Note: Delivery delays can occasionally occur, and the listed times are estimates from the carrier.
You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email containing your tracking number(s) once your order has shipped.

We are not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please refer to our Refund Policy (where we handle damaged items on a case-by-case basis) and contact us immediately (max 24hrs) so we can file a claim with the shipment carrier. You must save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.
If your tracking information states that your package was delivered but you have not received it, please check with neighbors and contact the carrier directly before reaching out to us.
Triple Moon Tea Club Letters Missing in Transit
Please double-check your shipping address before checkout! Because our letters are sent via standard mail, we cannot track them once they leave our hands. If a letter goes missing due to an incorrect address provided at checkout or due to postal loss, we are happy to send a replacement copy for a re-shipping fee of $5. If you have an issue, please email us at order@cottagehag.com we will help resolve the issue!
Delivery and Signature Confirmation
For security purposes, orders totaling $100 CAD or more are shipped with a signature confirmation requirement. This ensures that your valuable purchase is received directly by you or an authorized person.
Unsuccessful Delivery Attempts:
The shipping carrier will make two attempts to deliver your package. If no one is available to sign for the delivery on either attempt, the package will be marked as undeliverable and returned to our facility.
Returned Shipments:
When a shipment is returned to us due to failed delivery attempts, the customer will be billed for all non-refundable return postage and handling charges incurred by the carrier. We recommend monitoring your tracking information closely to ensure you are available or can arrange for pickup after the first failed attempt.
